Muhammad Hussain Alam is a practicing chartered accountant who is "Member" of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP) and "Fellow Member" of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) (UK). He also holds Bachelor of Science in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University, UK. 

He is also managing partner of Alam & Co. Chartered Accountants, network firm of Alam & Alam duly licensed by ICAP for performance of audits in Pakistan.

He has more than 10 years of experience in the profession including experience as part of Deloitte Yousuf Adil, Chartered Accountants, a member firm of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Limited.

Having obtained membership of two prestigious professional accounting bodies, as well as having worked in a well renowned 'big 4' audit firm has allowed Hussain to gain in-depth knowledge in all areas of accounting, finance and taxation.

Areas of expertise include Taxation, Corporate Compliances, Financial Auditing, Financial Reporting, Financial Consultancy, Financial Feasibility Studies and IFRS Implementations.
